Presenting the Mango Cheese Cake
You would need - 2 ripe sweet mangoes, 1 can condensed milk, 1 packet (200 ml) fresh cream, 200 g cottage cheese, 1/2 tsp mango essence, 2 tbsp gelatin.
The process- Dissolve the gelatin in 1/2 cup of hot water.Mix together mango pulp, gelatin, condensed milk, cottage cheese and mango essence in a blender/ food processor to mixture. To this fold whipped cream. Place the mix in a mould(or any bowl where you would like to set). Refrigerate overnight. Your cheese cake is ready.
Garnish with sliced mangoes and cream.
