Ingredients:
250 ml
Milk
Sugar 2
Tbspoon
Whole
Cardamom(2 pcs)
Nalen
Gur(if available)
Pista,Kishmish,Cashew
to garnish.
Method
Step 1:
Take the whole milk in a deep pan and start
boiling
in a low flame.Stir continuously.
Step 2:
add sugar(or Nalen Gur), cardamom and stir continuously
untill
the milk reduces to 1/4 in quantity.
Step 3:
Remove from oven and set it to cool.
Step 4:
Garnish with Pista Kishmish and Cashew nuts.
