Ani's kitchen innovation

This delicacy is right out from Ani's innovative kitchen.
Presenting the Egg Halwa ----


What you would need:

Milk - 1/2 lt
Egg - 6
Refined oil – 10tbspoon ,
Ghee - 10tbspoon
Saffron for color - 1 tbspoon
Rose water – 2 Tspoon
Garam Masala – 1 Pinch
Elachi
nuts and Dry Fruits for garnishing
Coconut - 6 Tspoon grated
Sugar - 250 gms

Procedure:
Boil milk and pour it in a big bowl for cooling. Mix 6 eggs , 4 spoon grated coconut, 250 gram sugar , 6 spoon Ghee and 10 spoon refined oil in it.
Add saffron for the color and look and mix all well until, it is totally mixed with milk. Then put one container on oven and pour 6 spoons of ghee,some dry- fruits and 2 spoon of grated coconut and fry for 2 minutes. Then add the mixture to it and stir in low flame. First the mixture becomes semi condensed and after 30-40 minutes it become condensed with small small particles like Mihidana (Small Boondi) shape.
Serve with dry Fruits and enjoy the yummy yummy taste.

Note: Need to cook entirely in low flame and stir frequently for better taste.
